68 rooms - we call them Cosy, Original, Creative and Meandering. Each one is unique.
We also manage apartments in the Nishi building. While our rooms are a cacophony of textures, the apartments are a blank space. The walls are white, the shelves have space for you to bring your own bits and bobs and make you feel at home.
And we manage split-level lofts just across the road and down the lane from us in the NewActon precinct.

These are one bed, split level lofts in the NewActon South building; just down the laneway from us at Hotel Hotel (so not in the Nishi building with us). They give you more privacy as you access them straight from the laneway. They are best suited for those travellers in it for the long haul who want to be able to cook or Močan and Green Grout is literally five steps away for themselves. These guys also have their own parking spacesso you don’t need to negotiate public parking, a little courtyard out the front, and air-conditioning. Each one focuses on a different designer – Grant Featherstonan Australian furniture designer whose chair designs in the 1950s became icons of the Atomic Age, Verner Pantonconsidered to be one of Denmark’s most influential 20th-century furniture and interior designers, Vico MagistrettiItalian architect and industrial designer and Achille Castiglionian Italian furniture, lighting, radiogram and object designer.
